Irine Kharisma Sukandar (born 7 April 1992 in Jakarta) is an Indonesian chess player. She is Indonesia's first chess Woman Grand Master (WGM). She has represented Indonesia in five Chess Olympiads, in 2004, 2006, 2008, 2010, and 2014.
